OVERVIEW

 The low vacuum atmosphere furnace is a new type of heat treatment equipment that combines vacuum technology with heat treatment technology. 4. Adopt intelligent PID temperature control instrument, which can set the temperature rise curve and program 30 program segments.

7. When the instrument program is set, just press the run button and the following work will be completed automatically.

8. Optional large-screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication interface can be used to realize real-time recording of the heating curve, and a memory card can be used to analyze and print the experimental data.

9.The external chiller has a closed automatic circulation, which can effectively cool the furnace body and take away the heat to ensure normal operation.

10. Over-temperature and disconnection during operation will send out sound and light alarm signals and automatically complete the protection action.

11. The equipment is equipped with an air circuit breaker, which will automatically pop open in the event of a short circuit or leakage, thus protecting the safety of the equipment and operators.
