The electric blast drying oven is a new type of electric oven. It uses a high-temperature resistant ion blower, an electric heat generator, and a uniquely designed internal air regulating plate to create natural convection hot air inside the oven, heating the interior. Compared to ordinary electric ovens, the blast drying oven incorporates a blast device that transfers heat from radiation to hot air, resulting in better temperature uniformity and controllability.

1: Electric Blast Drying Oven Temperature Specifications:

Electric Blast Drying Oven Temperature Specifications include the following aspects:

1) Temperature Control Range: The temperature control range of an electric blower drying oven is generally RT (room temperature) +10°C to 250°C (up to 600°C). However, the lower and upper temperature limits vary between manufacturers. Some manufacturers directly indicate a lower temperature limit of 50°C or RT (room temperature) +15°C (or 25°C), with an upper temperature limit as high as 600°C. Of course, temperatures exceeding 250°C are considered high-temperature ovens.

2) Temperature Resolution: The temperature resolution is determined by the accuracy of the temperature sensor and the temperature controller. A typical temperature controller has a resolution of +0.1°C (0.02°C for high-precision thermostats). Display accuracy is generally lower than or equal to the resolution, while the accuracy of the temperature sensor is generally higher than that of the temperature controller. Therefore, the temperature resolution here refers to the resolution of the thermostat. 3) Temperature Error: The error here is expressed as a percentage. Higher temperatures increase the error. This error is primarily determined by the sensor. All sensors have temperature errors, which increase with increasing temperature. For electric-heated forced-air drying ovens, the error is generally within 3% within a 300°C range. Of course, this error can be corrected using an instrument.

4) Temperature Uniformity: Temperature uniformity refers to the temperature distribution at various points within the chamber. Specific measurement and calculation methods are specified according to the specifications. For electric-heated constant-temperature forced-air drying ovens, the temperature uniformity is generally between 2.0% and 2.5%.

5) Other Functional Requirements: Temperature control typically utilizes automatic constant temperature control, but can also be modified to include programmed temperature increases, over-temperature alarms, and temperature monitoring, recording, and printing functions.

2. Electric Blast Drying Oven Technical Parameters:

The technical parameters of an electric blower drying oven include the following aspects:

1) Chamber Dimensions: These include both internal and external dimensions, generally expressed as W (width) * D (depth) * H (height). The external dimensions are generally calculated by adding the thickness of the insulation layer to the internal dimensions.

2) Chamber Material: This includes the inner chamber (working room or baking area) and the outer chamber. The outer chamber can be constructed of painted steel or stainless steel (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, mirrored or brushed finishes) based on customer requirements. The inner chamber is typically constructed of galvanized steel or stainless steel.

3) Other Features: Electric constant temperature blower drying ovens can be equipped with removable support legs, a visual inspection window, a test port, an air volume control device, and more.
