Mainly used for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, scientific research units, etc. for drying, baking and wax melting.
Pay attention to the following items during operation:
1. After the test item is put into the electric heating constant temperature blast drying box, close the door and unscrew the air top valve on the top of the box appropriately.
2. When using, prevent hard objects from contacting or colliding with the sensor probe to avoid damage. .
3. Do not place the cabinet in a corrosive environment containing acid or alkali to avoid damage to electronic components.
4. When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, and liquids from all parts are strictly prohibited from entering the machine to avoid damage to the host.
5. Before use, you must pay attention to whether the power supply voltage used is consistent with the specified voltage, and the grounding electrode of the power socket should be effectively grounded in accordance with the regulations.
6. Do not touch the electrical parts in the space on the left side of the box with your hands or wipe it with a damp cloth and rinse with water when it is energized.
7. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects, and should not be placed in high temperature or humid places to prevent the rubber from aging and causing electric leakage.
8. The test object should not be over-squeezed when placed in the box to keep the air flowing unobstructed and keep the box heated evenly. The bottom plate of the inner chamber is close to the electric heater, so it is not suitable to place the test object. In the laboratory, the wind top valve should be properly unscrewed to adjust the temperature in the box.
9. When placing valuable strains and cultures in the electric heating constant temperature blast drying oven, observe them frequently. If abnormal conditions occur, immediately cut off the power supply to avoid extra or unnecessary losses.
10. After each use, the power supply must be cut off. Always keep the inside and outside of the tank clean and the water in the water tank clean.
13. The fuse tube is installed in the left space inside the box. The side door needs to be opened when changing, and the power supply must be cut off.
