In daily use, common faults and solutions are as follows:
Fault phenomenon 1: The device does not respond when the power is plugged in and the power switch is turned on
Solution:
1. Power supply problem, please ask an electrician to help solve it.
2. If the electric heating tube is burned out, you can use the multimeter "Ohm" gear to measure the resistance value at both ends of the electric heating tube. If the resistance value is 0, it means that the electric heating wire is short-circuited, which is manifested as a total trip of the switch; if the resistance value is hundreds, thousands of ohms or infinite, it means that the electric heating wire is fused and open.
3. The power switch plug falls off.
4. If the power switch is on, you can check the control circuit board and the corresponding connection wires.
Fault phenomenon 2: The temperature cannot rise
Solution:
1. Check whether the timing time has run to the timing setting value; most users do not understand this function. When the timing time runs to the timing value, the heating tube does not work and the fan does not turn, resulting in no heating and the temperature cannot rise.
2. Check whether the fan is running. If it is broken (you can use a multimeter to measure whether there is a 220V voltage at both ends of the fan pin), notify our company to mail accessories to solve it.
3. Check the circuit control board, use a multimeter to check if there is any output, and check according to the drawing;
Fault phenomenon 3: The motor does not run
Solution:
1. Result: There is heating, but the inner tank cannot circulate, causing the temperature to rise slowly, then notify the company to replace it.
Fault phenomenon 4: The handle is damaged
Solution:
1. Contact the manufacturer for replacement
Fault phenomenon 5: The temperature displayed on the control board is different from the temperature measured by the mercury thermometer in the box
Solution:
1. The thermometer must be measured after passing the inspection of the testing department.
2. Measurement and installation position of the mercury thermometer: Please suspend the thermometer in the center of the inner cavity, and do not place it directly on the shelf for measurement.
Fault phenomenon 6: The temperature display jumps randomly or remains still, or there is an abnormality
Solution:
1. It can be judged that there is a problem with the temperature sensor and replaced. Note: The sensor uses a Pt100 platinum resistor, and the wire ends are two blue and one red.
